Cancellation Notice
For all new clients and in the case of appointments lasting over an hour, clients will be asked to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure their treatment. This will only be refunded if 24 hours notice is given.
No show or appointments not cancelled before 24 hours, will result in 50% cancellation fee for all treatments.
